Responsibilities:

As a Scheduler for Community Health Partners, you will be responsible for organizing, maintaining, and coordinating physician(s) and hospital staff schedules for surgeries at Community Medical Centers. With exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, you will collaborate with multiple parties to ensure accuracy in schedule coordination. From providing various forms of patient education resources  and answering follow-up questions, to communicating with the patient and the patient's families pre and post-operation, to performing various administrative tasks, you will be integral to the patient experience.

Qualifications: Education• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required• Completion of college level course-work in Business or Administrative Sciences preferred Experience• Previous scheduling experience preferred Disclaimers:
